Warranty Coverage

Neonetics, Inc. commits to repairing its neon products at no charge using new or refurbished parts in the lower 48 contiguous U.S. states for a period of 6 months from the original purchase date in case of defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Process

To avail warranty service, the product must be returned to Neonetics in its original packaging. The customer bears all return shipping costs. This warranty benefits only the original buyer, and proof of purchase is necessary for warranty service.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers failures due to material or workmanship defects under normal usage. It excludes damages during shipment, issues caused by non-Neonetics products, or problems arising from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, modifications, or commercial usage, as well as services done by anyone other than Neonetics. Damages due to natural disasters are also not covered. Report any shipping damages to the carrier within 7 days and file claims with them.

Return Policy

First quality good returns, whether due to refusal or return, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty Limitations

Apart from the aforementioned, there are no other explicit warranties. NEONETICS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM USING THIS PRODUCT, OR FROM ANY WARRANTY BREACH. THE WARRANTY FOR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION SPECIFIED ABOVE.
